February is American Heart Month, and the Locations Foundation was proud to support Ka'iulani Elementary School’s American Heart Association of Hawaii Kids Heart Challenge day. This special event encouraged students to stay active, have fun and learn the importance of heart health through engaging activities.

This holiday season, the Locations Foundation had the honor of partnering with The Salvation Army, Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division, to bring joy to children in need. Thanks to the generosity of our volunteers, we fulfilled the wishes of 101 children from The Salvation Army's Angel Tree program.

Our Locations Foundation volunteers pitched in to spread cheer and create special memories for local children involved in foster care at the 26th annual Family Programs Hawaii holiday party. On Sunday, December 8, 2024, more than 1,200 volunteers from various companies and organizations came together at the Neal Blaisdell Center in Honolulu to create holiday magic for 900 keiki in Oahu's foster care system. The event featured festive decorations, favorite characters, gift-wrapped presents, activities and games, holiday music and delicious foods.

On a sunny Saturday in November 2024, our Locations Foundation volunteers partnered with the nonprofit organization Surfers Healing in Waikiki to create a morning of fun in the surf for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. This annual event brought together surf instructors, volunteers and families to experience the therapeutic and transformative power of the ocean.

This Halloween, the Locations Foundation proudly hosted its annual blood drive in partnership with the Blood Bank of Hawaii. Dressed in Halloween costumes and united by a spirit of giving, Locations agents and employees turned out to donate blood and to help save lives across Hawaii.

On a serene Sunday morning in September, Locations Foundation volunteers joined HUGS at Oahu’s Sunset Ranch for the annual Celebration of Life. This heartfelt gathering allowed 26 families to remember and honor loved ones with tree plantings, shared memories, and a beautiful Monarch butterfly release.

At Locations, community service is at the heart of our mission. Recently, Locations Foundation volunteers teamed up with Hawaii 3R's for a day of service at Lanakila Elementary School, bringing fresh life to the campus. From painting the parking lot to sprucing up walkways, our volunteers contributed to a brighter, more welcoming environment for students and educators alike, showing our commitment to Hawaii's future leaders.

The Locations Foundation hosted its 16th annual Movie Day at Consolidated Theaters in Kahala, Saturday, July 6, 2024. This highly anticipated event brought together 15 Foundation volunteers and more than 150 keiki from Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii and Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii for a morning of fun, laughter and community spirit.

For the 23rd year in a row, the Locations Foundation will donate backpacks filled with school supplies to children in need across Oahu for its Backpack to School initiative.

Our artsy Locations Foundation volunteers hit the road once again on a sunny Saturday in May 2024 to add colorful, encouraging messages and drawings in chalk to the walkways of Koko Head Elementary in Hawaii Kai to mark the conclusion of the school's week-long American Heart Association activities.
